Must Have: Pega, Pega Decision Management
- Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions using Pega Platform and Pega Decision Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Utilize Pega Decision Management to design and implement decision strategies for various business processes.
- Develop decision rules, decision tables, and other components to support effective decision-making.
- Integrate Pega applications with other systems and platforms as needed.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
- Customize and configure Pega applications to meet specific business needs.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues related to Pega applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Pega applications, decision strategies, and integrations.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end Pega development and architecture
- Experience in testing Pega applications and issue troubleshooting
- Experience in coordination with clients, business partners and Pega Product Support
- Capable of working with offshore team, coordinate status and daily work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a focus on Pega Decision Management.
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Pega Platform architecture, design principles, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing decision strategies using Pega Decision Management.
- Proficient in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
