Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Pega Lead Architect to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role is a leadership position central to configuring and directing the Pega environment, offering the chance to harness cutting-edge features for end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will champion Pega methodology, mentor teams, and ensure top-tier technical governance while fostering seamless knowledge transfer to business partners.

In this role you will:
Lead configuration of the Pega environment and drive its methodology in project design and implementation
Provide technical mentorship, oversee project deliverables, and support governance across multiple projects
Mentor teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for quality delivery and maintain advanced knowledge of Pega features and tools
Design optimal and user-friendly deliverables, triage software issues, and collaborate on functional specifications
The Ideal Candidate

8+ years building enterprise solutions on the Pega platform, encompassing all software development phases
Expertise in Pega Architecture, design, and implementation features, and a variety of related technologies
Completion of Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) training and certification
Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at communication and collaboration.
