2. Confident, and excellent communication / articulation.
3. Independently able to facilitate in-person and tele discussions (interviews, workshops) with users to gather requirements.
4. Independently must be able to write business requirements documents.
5. Interact with the data teams to gather requirements and develop ERDs.
