We urgently need a top-notch .NET Lead. This role requires someone who can work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST and possesses strong communication skills, as well as experience in the below tech stack. The candidate will manage a small group of offshore developers and also actively contribute to development. The position is balanced between 50% development and 50% management responsibilities, though the focus may shift from week to week depending on the needs.
