- Translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements.
- Create robust documentation and communication of projects.
- Work closely with SMEs and Chief Product Owner to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision making.
- Work closely with scrum master to monitor and track velocity and sprint completion.
- Cross collaboration with other Product Owners, as needed.
- Work with Chief Product Owner to gain user acceptance of deliverables.
- Guides and advises Application Development teams to make the fully informed decisions.
- Directing solution provider/vendors gap analysis and plan work product based on priority set by Chief Product Owner
- Solicit feedback from customers and incorporate into product roadmap.
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact delivery milestones.
- Capture, track and report on project KPIs
- Documentation of key decision in centralized repository
Qualifications for Squad Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or other business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in successfully leading teams
- Strong proficiency in Statistical analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing, time sensitive environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work as part of a global team and under their own team as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field required.
- Experience with Distribution, Operations, Logistics, or Manufacturing projects
- Experience with agile framework for project delivery.
- 4+ years of experience in creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation
- Experience with human centric design approach.
- Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders and systems.
