Act as the lead techno-functional resource on Workday projects
Responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of the Workday solution.
Responsible for managing all stages of the project for the compensation, jobs, and payroll integration areas from requirements definition gathering to project planning, testing and implementation.
Responsible for EIB data loads – build and load - in support of downstream system testing including Hire Employee, Change Job, Move Workers, Request Compensation Change processes.
Monitor progress of tasks against plan, and reports status to leadership on project issues
Identify and manage the risks associated with programs to achieve success.
Ensure prompt triage and issue resolution of reported WD project issues in System Testing, UAT, and Integration Testing.
Provide a proactive interface between HR client groups and the Workday team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Benefits functionality and configuration
