- 10+ years' experience in the Life Sciences Industry.
- Drug Development Domain experience i.e. familiar with development functions (Clinical, Regulatory, Clinical Quality)
- Ability to balance multiple projects at same time (2-4)
- Knowledge and experience with Agile project delivery methodology.
- Ability to be agile and pivot when assumptions evolve in the context of the program or a project.
- GxP Project Management Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good communicator
- Great Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Veeva experience a plus.
