• At a minimum, five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• At least three (3) years of that experience must have business systems analysis and design.
• A bachelor’s degree.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Desirable Experience:

• Additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum years of experience.
• Three (3) years of experience with State budgeting and financial management.
• Three (3) years of knowledge and/or experience with FI$Cal.
• Three (3) years of knowledge and experience with Hyperion.
