- Convert free subscriptions into paid subscriptions by actively engaging with potential customers and showcasing the value proposition of our products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop a database of leads.
- Collaborate with the Pre-sales team to understand the status of accounts and prioritize sales efforts.
- Utilize sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the Sales Manager to improve sales strategies and processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
