JOB DETAIL

  • Convert free subscriptions into paid subscriptions by actively engaging with potential customers and showcasing the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop a database of leads.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-sales team to understand the status of accounts and prioritize sales efforts.
  • Utilize sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Sales Manager to improve sales strategies and processes.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
