Join our team of innovative and passionate desktop support technicians and help us keep our users connected and productive.As a desktop support technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, both in-person and remotely. You will troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems, and you will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our computer systems. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to use your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to make a real difference in people's lives.What you will do:·ÂÂÂÂÂÂProvide computer desktop support to local and remote users.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂTroubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂMaintain and upgrade computer systems.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂCoordinate hardware repairs with vendors.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂEnsure the integrity of all electronic data records.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂTrack equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂOwn and execute technology implementation projects.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂCommunicate regularly and effectively with users.·ÂÂÂÂÂÂMaintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken.
