• Minimum three years’ experience in Project Management, Packaging development or related discipline, leading maintenance projects and artwork development with diverse teams
• Proven communicator who can adapt style and message to various audiences
• Ability to influence without authority, successfully guiding teams through project completion
• Proficiency in risk and stakeholder management with a solution driven mindset
• Building trusting, cross-functional partnerships while driving accountability
• BA or BS degree in Finance, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline

• How you would contribute to the role:

• Lead the renovation and maintenance of existing products, ensuring ongoing compliance
• Facilitate the development of packaging artwork ensuring compliance and printability
• Proactively assess project risks and identify solutions to meet cost, quality, timing and delivery objectives
• Communicate project requirements, details and updates to team members and project stakeholders
