Cloud MDM Project Manager Profile: Combining MDM Implementation Experience and Leadership
Highlights:
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise MDM implementations (Customer, Product, Supplier, Locations, Employee)
- Proven track record of setting up and executing MDM programs from the ground up (Requirements, Target Architecture, Tool Selection, MVP, and Roll Out)
- Expertise in networking/telecom/manufacturing industries (a plus)
- Experience with leading Cloud MDM tools, Cloud MDM.
- Ability to work cross functionally on large, complex challenges and programs.
- Strong data integration skills and proficiency in managing interdependencies with upstream and downstream applications.
- Agile methodology proficiency (sprint planning, backlog grooming)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to oversee project execution plans.
- Strong Project management ,planning and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to work with teams for implementations releases & cutovers.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate progress and escalate key decisions, issues, risks, and help with cross functional & business alignment , drive consensus and help with resolving conflicting business needs or asks.
- Manage project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Develop and implement project execution plans and budgets.
- Monitor and manage risks and interdependencies.
- Conduct and coordinate data quality tests.
- Prepare and update status reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
