5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle DBA and Postgres

Strong understanding of SQL scripting and task automation (SQL, Bash, Python, Git)

Strong backup and restore (pg_dump, rman, physical backup tools), database performance tuning, SQL Query tuning and development, Replication (Goldengate) and Failover experience.

Knowledge and experience in building design conceptual data models and data flows. And Implement data strategies and creating physical data models.

Good understanding of database security, authentication models and data encryption.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with application development teams.

Knowledge of other RDBMS ( SQL Server or DB2) or any NoSQL database (Couchbase or Mongo) is preferred.
