Manage and participate in the roll out of a new statewide SaaS application called AssetWorks Facility Management Software.

Collaborate with the software contractor to onboard DAS and DESPP onto a SaaS application that will be used for tracking and managing assets in state facilities.

Assist state personnel with software configuration, document the As-Is process, scribe meeting notes and action items, participate in data mapping activities, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.

Will coordinate training efforts in conjunction with software contractor.
