JOB DETAIL

 Gather business requirements for ERP implementation (shop floor level) by interacting with business users.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with technical team to ensure technical solution addresses all business needs.
• Translate requirements to detailed processes, data requirements, and system maps.
• Liaison between business and IT to ensure smooth implementation of ERP solution.
• Create documentation and operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language as needed.
• Assist in change management and adoption planning.
• Organize acceptance testing and/or conduct system testing as applicable.
• Interact with Business teams, technical services and third party support partners.
• Ability to manage a small team of analysts including delegation and task assignments, performance management.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D.
• Diploma or Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), SAP, relational databases, and workflows
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution deployment, end user engagement.
• Experience working with/in diverse teams – shop floor, back office, IT and others.

Nice to Have:
• Project coordination/management skills (basic level)
• End user experience in SAP
• Six Sigma certification
