- 6+ years’ experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
- 4+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
- 4+ years’ experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
- 4+ years’ experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.
- Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
- Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
