JOB DETAIL

• Project manage a oracle assessment project. • Lead Oracle SME and Architects to successfully perform the assessment and deliver the assessment outcomes.
• Collaborate with customer to manage assessment timeline and workshops
• Prepare project execution plans and schedule working with various stakeholders.
• Track project performance, changes and issues.
• Manage the project risks, issues, decisions & assumptions.
• Establish project communication plan and cadence.
• Co-ordinate with multiple functional and business teams and align them to project objectives.
• Manage the project resources onboarding, offboarding and allocation.
• Prepare project toll gate schedule and provide status updates.
Basic Qualifications:
• 14+ years of experience in Oracle EBS • 6+ Oracle EBS Implementation/Rollout project execution experience.
• 3 Oracle EBS assessments experience.
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS modules.
• Strong experience with managing Oracle EBS implementations/rollouts and assessments.
• Domain expertise in Oracle EBS Financials Modules
• Intensive experience on EBS Financial transformation initiatives, architecture and business processes
• Experience with creating ERP strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the functional SME and review the assessment output.
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Experience with complex EBS eco system
• Review deliverables and present the deliverables to various stakeholders.

• Managing EBS assessment projects.
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed.
• Managing stakeholders and project teams. • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
