JOB DETAIL

  • Manages and follows software development life cycle and leads formal computer system validation activities that comply with regulatory bodies’ requirements where applicable.
  • Gathers system requirements, configures system, and manages system break fixes.  Translates business requirements for developers to implement.  Monitors solution integrations to ensure functioning of integrated systems.  Monitors and prepares system for updates. 
  • Manages issue triaging, including troubleshooting, investigating, performing root cause analysis, and engaging stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in applications, including ticket management and license management.
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to develop new requirements for the design and implementation of new service tools and improvements. Proactively communicates and collaborates with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the applications of new and existing products and solutions.
  • Identifies and drives business, project process, and workflow improvements where appropriate.
  • Develops presentations to share data collection, analysis, and recommendations. Provides leadership with information for decision making and planning. 
  • Effectively promotes Haemonetics’ services and solutions to increase customer satisfaction and utilization of such solutions to achieve established growth targets.
  • Coordinates technical training and support for customers and employees


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of Order to Cash cycle is required.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud – Order Management, Enterprise Contracts, Fusion Pricing – is required.
  • Ability to design and manage complex integrations including but not limited to Order Import from external systems,WMS,OTM,GTM,Precision,Regulatory,3PL(3rd party Logistics) and other CRM/boundary systems like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud – Costing, Logistics, Inventory management, Subscription Management, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management, Maintenance/Assets/Install Base, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Intercompany is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle eBS in the above-mentioned areas is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Experience (Communities) is preferred.
  • Uses knowledge of business and systems processes in problem analysis.
  • Utilizes project management discipline to recommend and facilitate improvements and enhancements to new or existing processes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders by using data and knowledge of systems and processes.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
  • Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau is preferred.
