  7. Guiding team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
  8. Guiding team on how to get the most of out self-organization
  9. Guiding team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  10. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
  11. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  12. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
  13. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. ·
  14. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  15. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  16. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Requirements:

  • Efficient in partnering with Business stake holders and business sponsors to lead strategic initiatives
  • Excellent knowledge in managing Complex Business initiatives, Strong communication skills and Leadership skills
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance Self-starter and lead independently, Should be able to resolve conflicts.
  • Strong exposure to Agile and Waterfall Model and tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence etc.
