- Responsible for testing each build of multiple applications, writing test documentation, and reviewing all test procedures.
- Performs quality assurance-related activities.
- Helps further develop a focused, and effective independent testing function.
- Use preventive techniques, such as defect root cause analysis and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.
- Document all work at the completion of all testing tasks.
- Be able to communicate in oral and written English language, at a level of complexity appropriate to the audience.
- Provide specific task deliverables such as CAT tests on time in conformance with contract specifications and generally accepted business practice.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- At least one year of experience testing a web application on IIS and WebSphere.
- Experience with Oracle SQL
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to clearly communicate (both verbally and written)
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience SAP Business Intelligence Crystal Reports
- Tech Writing experience:
- Experience preparing operation and maintenance manuals, proposals, presentation slides, and technical publications.
- Gathers technical information, prepares written text, and coordinates layout and final publication.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
