The Senior IT Project Manager manages and guides cross-functional teams to ensure projects are planned thoroughly and executed with appropriate urgency, delivering results within agreed budgets and timelines while adhering to company guidelines and compliance requirements. In addition, the Project Manager interacts with many technical and business resources across the enterprise to ensure alignment on the project's business value and ensures that value is delivered and adopted. The Senior Project Manager manages multiple projects and initiatives with mid to high complexity.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience as an IT project manager or comparable role on medium/large-scale software development projects.
• Must have PMP certification.
• Must have experience managing projects via the Waterfall methodology.
• Must have experience in an Agile environment as the PM.
• Must have experience with organizational Change Management methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent ability to create a Work Breakdown Structure and Project Schedule.
• Able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST hours.
