Project Scope: 

The objectives of the HR Digital Transformation project are to procure and implement a system that will enhance the capabilities provided in the current solutions (Cornerstone on Demand – Learning Management and Performance Management, PeopleAdmin – Position Description Management, NeoGov – Recruitment/Applicant Tracking, SAP – HR components in the on-premise solution, such as Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time, Benefits, and Reporting).

 

Mandatory Skills:   

  1. 7 years of experience that meets the needs of a large complex entity
  2. Experience with State Government ERP project management experience
  3. Experience with State Government HR business process knowledge
  4. 7 years of experience of SAP ERP on-premise HR-Payroll or similar ERP
  5. 7 years of experience implementing cloud HCM solutions, preferably from at least 2 different vendors
  6. 7 years of experience with stakeholder coordination and consensus building
  7. Efficient constraint resolution
  8. Productive agency and executive communication and negotiation skills
  9. Full lifecycle project oversight
  10. Staff supervision and training
  11. Project implementation meets intended requirements and specifications
  12. Project implementation meets operational needs of users and stakeholders
