Role requirements:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM project
  • Expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with the configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
  • Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software
  • Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced environment

Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Salesforce application and define, design and configure enhancements to Salesforce platform that provide significant ROI by bridging the gap between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and business processes.
  • Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects including mobilization to scoping, requirements, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing and implementation.
  • Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding both functional and reporting-based capabilities, spanning CRM, PRM, Marketing, Analytics & Reporting toolsets.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs.
