- Bachelor’s Degree in data analytics or equivalent
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- As a Web Developer in this role, you will work on HR tools that enable the client’s high visibility HR processes to move forward successfully.
- You will be working directly with stakeholders to identify requirements for brand new HR tools or existing suites of HR tools that need updating with new functionality or bug fixes.
- You will be responsible for the development efforts of these tools upon identifying and finalizing the requirements.
Required Skills:
- Counter Intel Polygraph will be required if not already complete and in-scope

- SQL (T-SQL in particular for SQL Server)
- General knowledge of how to operate in SQL Server – including building and working with databases / tables / views / stored procedures (we use SQL Server Management Studio to connect to our SQL Server instance)
- Visual Studio (this is the primary IDE we use)
