Day to day functions and must have experience:
- Perform BW system configuration and development.
- Designing the data solution to satisfy defined business requirements
- Identifying the data in the source environment
- Mapping the data to the BW environment
- Design and build BW functionality from functional/business requirements.
- Develop SAP BW the solutions
- SAP Hana may come in down the road
- Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
- Monitor server performance, usage, scheduled tasks and ability to research issues via logs.
- Identifying the way end users want to analyze the data in BW.
- Designing the data access solution to satisfy defined business requirements.
- Understand BW development framework, application architecture and technical architecture to create solutions that fit in to the overall system landscape.
- Understand BW Security authorizations or structural authorization.
Required Experience/Skills
- 5+ years in SAP BW Development and configurations
