- Defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design, and technical design for complex business issues within their domain areas.
- Knowledge of Benefits1 Simplify Healthcare and other cloud-based systems.
- (Highroads, PEGA, Salesforce, etc.), Queries, and SQL.
- Knowledge of working on Facets is a plus.

- Configure and maintain critical system tables and data elements across multiple system environments.
- Analyze, develop, and implement configuration changes to improve system performance and user efficiency.
- Coordinate the development of system support processes with IT; coordinate to resolve.
- production support issues, including application failures and user errors; document, track and report all system support activities.
- Ensure efficiency of reporting and data tools for supported business area use and for trend analysis.
- Function as a Business Lead/Coordinator on large, complex departmental and/or some corporate projects/initiatives.
- Serve as point of contact for business testing activities and influence testing strategy to ensures testing will appropriately meet business requirements.
- Train/coach others on appropriate testing protocol, execution, and test plan creation.
- Assist IT and help identify business area impacts for hardware and software upgrades,
- security changes, and architectural enhancements as needed.
Qualifications, Minimum qualifications
- Knowledge of Benefits1 Simplify Healthcare and other cloud-based systems.
- (Highroads, PEGA, Salesforce, etc.), Queries, and SQL.
- Undergraduate degree with 5 years of direct application/systems analysis experience with
- applicable business system or application, if no degree, 7 years’ experience as stated above.
- 5 years + Experience in Healthcare Industry with focus on benefits (benefits, claims,
- membership, enrollment, Customer Service etc.)
- Understanding for FACETS application (front end and back end)
- Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural.
