Min 8+ years of experience developing web solutions in Drupal CMS.

AMS support experience like Production Support, L2/L3 incidents triaging & fixing, service request, SLA tracking and enhancements. Service Improvement plan, Status reporting, RCA plan, Drupal upgrade, patching, Alert monitoring, Logging, Configuration changes, Incident management in ticketing tool, Source control, Branching, Deployments, Certificate upgrades.

Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, SASS, SCSS, twig.

Experience creating custom Drupal modules, themes, knowledge of the Drupal theme layer.

Experience to use major contributed modules/themes and Drupal configuration management.

Good to have knowledge of REST APIs and web services.

Experience working with Cloud technologies, Acquia, CICD, Git, Bitbucket.

Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle in Agile.

Client communication, stakeholder management, status reporting, risk management, lead offshore team.
