Notes from Call-
-They updated Baird Online mobile app this past year- now they are looking to update the look and the feel of the site
-Person will be rewriting the front layer, working with a UX designer will set template from the front end
-Experience w/React is a must Next.js is a nice to have
-Industry background isn’t important
-Will be a year long contract- potential for extension but not likely to go to hire
-Team is primarily in Madison or Milwaukee, but would take Louisville candidate
IV process
1. 30 mins w/
2. 90 min w/dev team, UX designer and 1-2 team members *will do a pairing exercise- teams or onsite based on location
*Wants to hire a sr. resource first and then will hire another mid or more junior resource (This approval for this 2nd position is coming through)
