- Strong understanding of the Salesforce NPSP platform, with the ability to build custom fields, objects, permission sets, and flows
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce reporting, including the ability to create custom report types and to create complex filter and cross-filter criteria
- Experience with nonprofit processes preferred
- Experience gathering detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system
- Experience with end user training and creating business process documentation
- This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, part Salesforce analyst

Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
SQL knowledge preferred.
