JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Help Desk Support specialist to join our team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices, exceptional Mac debugging skills, and a foundational knowledge of networking principles. A CCNA certification is highly desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ITIL Implementation; Ensure compliance with ITIL standards in Incident, Problem and Change management processes
  2. Mac support; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac OS, applications and hardware. Provide guidance and support to corporate users for Mac systems.
  3. Basic Networking; address basic networking issues including connectivity, configurations and minor set up tasks.
  4. Customer service; Deliver high quality customer service, addressing user needs and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in helpdesk or tech support role.
  2. Strong knowledge of ITIL framework. ITIL certification preferred.
  3. Proficient in troubleshooting Mac OS.
  4. Basic understanding of network concept, CCNA certification is a plus.
  5. Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in fast pace environment and manage multiple tasks.
  7. Apple certified support professionals will have an advantage.
