Familiar with administrating, updating, and optimizing Windows 10/11 Enterprise for a virtual desktop deployment
Required experience/skillset includes Windows updates, application updates, registry changes, batch/PowerShell script management is a plus
Thorough understanding of the O365 application suite
Understanding of enterprise management/administration tools, such as Active Directory, group policy objects, MECM, psexec/wmic
Vulnerability Remediation
Familiar with industry standard security baselines and recommendations (such as CIS, NIST, etc.) and experience implementing and maintaining their recommendations
Ticket Queue
Familiar with ticketing systems, incidents/requests, customer service experience and concepts
Explain steps clearly and in a way anyone could understand
VMware Horizon Administrator Backup
Familiar with the Horizon stack – connection server, DEM, UAG, AppVolumes, Horizon Client, their configurations, official documentation and KB’s, and where to find such information
Monitoring tool experience, such as vROPS/vRLI
Experienced in obtaining support directly from VMware when necessary
