JOB DETAIL

Our client is looking for a Software Solutions Architect to support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the Health Services ESB to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting the interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub.
As a lead, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects. The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Health Enterprise Service Bus (HESB).

Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases.

Responsible for developing ROMs for new use cases.

Responsible for overall system design

Review and approve system design for new use cases.

Responsible for overall code and configuration

Review and approve code deliverables.

Coach and mentor developers

Code of applications, interfaces, modules, components, and reports

Complete testing plan and checklists

Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables.

Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components, and reports.

Perform knowledge transfer to state staff.

Create technical documentation.

Document and maintain the Incident Response Plan (IRP)

Document, track and resolve technical exception requests (TRB)

Document and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)

Responsible for Health Service ESB’s SSP / ATO / POAMS

Follow configuration management processes implemented.

Vendor support for Rhapsody licensing and software.

Skills Required

Health care vocabularies; LONIC, SNOMED, RxNorm

Experience using latest Orion Health Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x)

Experience using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) to create custom filters, mappers, etc

Custom message payload translation from one format (e.g., JSON, XML, HL7) to a different format (e.g., proprietary/legacy format)

Experience using web services, SOAP, REST, OAUTH, TCP-connections, LLP, etc.

Experience using transport encryption/security; TLS, mutual authorization via certificates, etc.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
