JOB DETAIL

Skills:

(2-3 yrs.) 1. Coordinates the development, enhancement, testing and implementation of all Student Affairs Division related software. 

(2-3 yrs.) 2. Works in collaboration with the Information Technology Services Division to manage project portfolios and backlogs, evaluate resource availability, prioritize work, and document project requirements and dependencies.

(4-5 yrs.) 3. Coordinates the development and maintenance of all reports and dashboards within Argos and other reporting tools for the Student Affairs Division.  Coordinates the maintenance of website, SharePoint content, forms, and training material for student.

 related systems and data.  Create and maintain high-level policy and procedure documentation as required.

4. Provide system and process expertise for the College’s strategic enrollment management system to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. (desired)

(7+ yrs.) 5. Ability to learn software systems and related interfaces (e.g., Banner, CRM, National Student Clearinghouse, MTA,) Advocate, and other systems that support student success.

(4-5 yrs.) 6. Ability to effectively and succinctly document process and data flows.

(2-3 yrs.) 7. Ability to efficiently extract and analyze data.

(7+yrs) 8. Demonstrated experience with enterprise systems in a large complex organization, preferably in a higher education or non-profit environment.
