Key Responsibilities:

• Apply HCI principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms.
• Design/Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for design best practices and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Ensure consistency across all digital platforms, considering responsive design principles.
• Implement accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure inclusive design practices.
• Conduct audits and make recommendations for improving accessibility in digital interfaces.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
• HCI certification is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
