12+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor Degree in a relevant area; or without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (15+ years in total)
5+ years of total experience with Content Management (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) technology across various platforms such as AEM Assets, Sitecore, and other CMS/DAM solutions
3+ years of experience with Adobe AEM as an implementation consultant or client product owner
Experience implementing Portal solutions, e.g. Employee Portal or Supplier Portal
Ability to negotiate with clients
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to apply consulting skills to solve a client business problem
Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to understand complex business problems and offer meaningful solutions
Knowledge on Cloud Computing AWS/Azure, Conversational chat bots, Voice bots will be an added advantage
