Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Technical Consultant 
Hands-on experience in the following: 

Reports
Enhancements
Interfaces ( EDI/ALE/RFC/BAPI/SOA/OData/Web Services and file based )
Forms( Smart form/Adobe Forms/SAP Scripts)
Conversion
Web Dynpro
ABAP Objects and ALV 
ABAP debugging and SAP Transport management
SAP Archiving experience is an added advantage 
SAP Application Testing tool ( Work soft) knowledge/Experience is a plus
Experience in MM/SD/FICO/LE/PS/APO development is required

Unique Skills (Asset):
Experience in Work soft tool, SAP HANA , EWM , IM3 interfaces is preferred
Experience with VW SAP ET2000 process is preferred
