- Deep understanding of ITOM domain
- Define and communicate the vision, goals, and roadmap of the product or service.
- Collaborate with the customers, stakeholders, and the development team to identify, validate, and prioritize the features and requirements.
- Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, and up-to-date.
- Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective.
- Coach and mentor the development team and other stakeholders on agile principles, values, and practices.
- Monitor and track the progress, quality, and performance of the product or service using metrics and feedback.
- Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies that may affect the delivery of value.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within and across the teams.
- Seek and share knowledge and best practices from the agile community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or business analyst in an agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience as an agile coach, scrum master, or agile practitioner in an agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification.
- Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Professional Agile Coach (PAC), or equivalent certification.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe).
- Proven ability to define and deliver value to the customers and the business.
- Proven ability to lead and coach agile teams and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities and trade-offs.
- Proven ability to use data and feedback to drive decision making and improvement.
- Proven ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
- Proven ability to learn and grow continuously.
