• Collaborates with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements
• Maintains and enhances existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain driven design and test-driven development
• Troubleshoots and debugs complex issues; identifies and implements solutions
• Creates detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates
• Researches and implements new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance
• Supports the development of coding standards and adheres to best practices and security guidelines
• Works closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs
• Acts as Squad Lead for a software development team
• Cloud Platform management – day to day operation of our platform

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 5 - 7 years full stack Java development in Cloud hosted environments (PaaS, App Svcs, ACIs, etc.)
• 1 – 5 years technical leadership of IT personnel using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KanBan)
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• Experience with Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Spring Data JPA
• Experience with SQL Schema and Relationships creation and management
• Experience with SQL, MongoDB, and data visualization
• Experience with Scale out and Scale up of DB resources in Cloud
• Experience in Python and R programming languages
• Experience with UI frameworks like Angular or React
• Airline Industry experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and KanBan
• Proficiency in Full Stack Java Development
• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles
• Experience in DevOps methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• UI Frameworks: React, Angular
• Database and persistence frameworks: Hibernate, Object/Relational Mapping, Query performance tuning
• SQL Schema and Relationships creation and management
• Web Services: REST/SOAP (JSON/WSDL/XML)
• Experience with Cloud-based Resources (Azure): App Services and Azure Container Instances
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation: Terraform, Ansible, etc
• Dev Ops Toolchain: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Black Duck, Selenium, SonarQube etc.
• Python and R programming languages
• Experience with NoSQL DBs like MongoDB, Cassandra etc.
