JOB DETAIL

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst 2 in Saint Louis, MO. This is a hybrid role of Business Operational Analyst and a Vendor Operations Analyst.

Day-to-day responsibilities:* Working for the Exela account, raising PCRS (Project Change Requests) with vendor, monitoring status, reconciling billing, monitoring Exela production* WIP reporting raising issues and incidents* Will work on the contract assumption* Developing into an Exela SME with her role, and they would be heavily involved on the transition to come as a function of the RFP* Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function

Performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:* No specific metrics* Will be measured on performance and how they are able to deliver material

First day looks like:* Training: The Hiring Manager will be pairing up the new hire with a current team member; This person will train and work with the new hire to guide and educate them on the role; They will shadow in addition to working with leadership to demonstrate that they are comfortable with the material and can demonstrate understanding
