Data Analyst

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful insights.

· Analyse healthcare data, focusing on claims, member, provider, or clinical information from the designated perspective.

· Extract, transform, and analyse data to derive actionable insights contributing to business objectives.

· Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly and understandably.

· Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy throughout the analysis process.

· Contribute to creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or master’s in data science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

· Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in data analysis within the healthcare industry.

· Expertise in claims, member, and provider domains from a payer perspective and/or clinical domain knowledge from a provider standpoint.

· Familiarity with Snowflake (preferred) or similar analytical platforms.

· Understanding of data warehouse or Data Vault 2.0 concepts is advantageous.

· Proficiency in data querying, analysis, and visualization tools.

· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
