JOB DETAIL

Looking for an Application Support Engineer to support, design, implement and manage institution wide collaborative tools and software with a particular focus on Office 365, Box, Zoom, Adobe and OneDrive. Hands-on trouble ticket support and engineering of solutions.

Configure, maintain and support collaboration platforms such as zoom, O365 and integrations, Teams, OneDrive, Adobe and Box. Experience migrating data from Box to other collaboration platforms such OneDrive would be a big plus.

Manage box user accounts, permissions, and access control to ensure security and data integrity. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, etc.

Provide technical support to end-users and develop and maintain documentation, policies and procedures for applications in the collaboration and productivity portfolio.

 Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to audio, video and screen sharing during Zoom meetings. Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale virtual events and webinars using Teams and Zoom. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Evaluate and recommend new technologies in the collaboration and productivity tool space. 

 

 

  • 3+ years of experience administering and managing collaboration tools and platforms. 
  • Strong technical skills in collaboration software such as Microsoft Teams, Box, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Windows 10 & 11, iOS, Mac is a plus. Knowledge of IT Security & compliance policies and procedures. 
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Computer Science degree preferred.
