JOB DETAIL

  • Assist with SN tickets assign by senior GC Executive Support
  • Set up and configure Apple devices.
  • Set up and configure laptop.
  • Check toner level (replace, and order spares as needed).
  • Perform IOS updates on Apple Device.
  • Remotely validate that LEG/DBG computers are not just online but accessible via Ninja remote control but without login on— Every Sunday Morning.
  • Replace batteries for mice every quarter.
  • Go to the Apple store and purchase/pickup equipment as needed.
  • Help with wire management.
  • Package and ship equipment as needed.
  • Help with documentation.
  • Collaborate on Special Projects (Work alongside the senior technician on special projects).
  • Applying security updates and remediation on systems.
  • Assist with software installation.
  • Set up and configure peripherals such as printer, charger, camera, video light, etc.…
  • Assist with collecting outdated or decommissioned desktop hardware.
