- Full Stack development activities for microservices/webservices
- Create designs, develop modules, and coordinate efforts among the development team working on the platform implementation.
- Take initiative in solving complex technical problems and recommend solutions - technical/design solution, coding, testing, debugging
- Own the core platform activities - which may involve performance, vulnerabilities, design issues, upgrades, migrations, DR activities etc.
- Act as a mentor within the team to own and implement standards and best practices
- Work with Program Manager to estimate and plan roadmaps, provide status updates
- Maintain close relationship with business partners to identify pain points and provide quick resolutions
- Partner with the Program Manager while interfacing with external vendors to help increase value and capabilities of the Robotics Platform

Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Required, Masters Preferred

Work Experience:
5+ years Required; 7+ Years Preferred in software development, using Java, Python
3+ years with RPA development - Automation Anywhere or UiPath
3+ years in AWS, Azure, or other Cloud implementation
3+ years with platform components and REST APIs
Experience in Angular, Microservices, OpenShift, MongoDB, SQL Server or other RDBMS
Experience in Agile, Kanban methodologies, Jenkins, CI/CD environment
Ability to lead a technical team - both on-shore and off-shore resources
Strong communication and collaboration skills
