JOB DETAIL

• Gather, document, and analyze country-specific legal requirements to determine their impact on Hilton’s property management platforms

• Convert business requirements into functional requirements and hand these over to the engineering and testing teams for delivery

• Oversee the delivery of localization capabilities to ensure on-time delivery

• Review test cases to confirm adequate test coverage, and validate test results

• Hand over newly developed localization capabilities to other technology and business groups to allow for proper implementation and support

• Manage the pilot implementation of new localization capabilities

• Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders across the business and technology

• Proactively seek to expand current knowledge of Hilton's technology capabilities

• Identify areas of risk and cross-functional dependencies from conception through delivery

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

High School Degree

Three (3) years of professional work experience in Hospitality

Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role managing business requirements)

Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Additional Requirements: Occasional travel (10%)

 

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Two (2) years of professional work experience in a multinational company

Experience with property management systems, i.e., Opera, OnQ PM, HotelKey
