The business architect will be the primary role to lead the effort in aiding the business to establish robust architecture strategies, which span end to end across the domain, creating a scalable and efficient HR eco-system with great employee experience. This role will need to be proficient and knowledgeable in the digital landscape of HR environment from business and technical perspectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
●Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
●5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a process improvement or project management role.5+years of combined experience as an Enterprise Architect, Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner / Sales Engineer
●5+ years of experience working with enterprise-class software systems or SaaS platforms in product development, software engineering, and experience with API development or troubleshooting
●Strong knowledge of end to end HR processes and systems including talent acquisition, core HCM, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stake holders at all levels of the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
●Experience deploying large-scale HR domain technology projects
●Agile-based knowledge and skills; Understanding of lean agile / SAFe framework / TOGAF / lean six sigma, etc.
●Proficient knowledge of Lucidchart and it's application for drawing enterprise / system architecture diagrams and the ability to communicate effectively using such diagrams
●Proficient knowledge of LeanIX and the use of the tool to develop inventory of IT systems
●Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●Change management experience, including the ability to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on insights.
●Knowledge of HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms.
●Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
