Critical Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio and Access
- Strong soft skills; communicate effectively at all levels (e.g., team to executive sponsors)
- Strong team relationship building, leadership and adaptability
- Able to influence without authority
- Effective in eliciting information and facts to drive decisions
- Strong technical and analytic aptitude, coupled with meeting facilitation and management skills
- Self-motivator / driver / organized team player, consistent in follow through
- Operates with a high degree of urgency and proactively addresses open questions and risks
- Maintains a solution mindset, facilitating "here's how we can” versus "here's why we can't”
- 4-6 years business analysis experience preferred
- Required experience: financial services, working with life or health insurance products , working with external vendors
