Project Coordinator/Project Manager Requirements (“Project Manager” or PMP) and
- Role supports Branch Operations Manager (Liaison Team)
- Travel Coordination and Expense Reconciliation for Project Team (work with BUF)/Accounting Department Staff Contributor
- Note taking for Core Team Meetings
- Maintenance of Project Sharepoint to include filing and archiving of project documentation
- Experience with the MS Suite of Word, Excel, Power Point, and (desired) Visio
- Ability to Manage Up
- Maintain Composure under High Pressure
- Experience with managing project/program budgets
- Change Management experience to include Senior Leadership Communications
- Own escalated impediments and raise issues to Project Sponsor if they cannot be resolved in a timely manner
- Continuously work with teams and to deliver project objectives, deliverables
- Support Core Team in logging Risk, Issues, Actions, Decisions, and Dependencies between stakeholders
- Gather and report status and progress metrics, as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with lines of business, teams, management, and key stakeholders supporting Liaison/Core Team
- Ability to create release plans and roadmaps needed for existing product or platform release
- Advanced skill to influence, negotiate and persuade to reach agreeable exchange and positive outcomes
- Advanced skill building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy and tact
- Advanced problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
- Advanced verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, diagramming, and presentation software skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a matrixed environment
- Advanced skill to deliver presentations to virtual and in-person teams
