•         12+ years of experience in Data projects, hands-on experience in Data migration projects; Define Best practices and work breakdown structure

•         Hands-on experience and worked on at least 6 projects using below tech – Power Apps, Power Platform, SQL programming, Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks (PySpark)

•         Worked as lead in at least 3 projects, have designed/implemented using well-architected framework and industry standard best practices – Designed and developed Web application

•         Should be self-motivated and passionate to become technology expert; Secondary Skills (Good To have) - Power BI, Open AI

•         Strong team player, and able lead the team in implementation of solutions; Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured thinking process

•         Should be flexible with working hours (sometimes during deployments, customer/offshore calls)

•         Experience in working with Onshore-Offshore model; Should be proactive and adaptive

•         Should have good oral and written communication; self-motivated
