Feedback from the Hiring Manager was as follows:
- Heavy Analysis focused, Excel and Data Analysis were focal points of the interview. He said if he had to give a title for the role it would be a “Data Analyst” VBA macros and Excel coding were the focal point.
- There was basically no Project Management involved, they will be doing Data Analysis of Portfolio and Project related data.
Potentially but will be determined after the candidate’s performance is assessed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of five (5) years in a project management role; able to demonstrate experience using project management methodologies to successfully deliver business initiatives that achieved the desired outcomes
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Strong IT and analytical skills, including data analytics and dashboard development skills
