Understand about the software development 
• Talk to people in the company to figure out what they need from the software 
• Decide what features are important and put them in order 
• Find ways to make things better and suggest improvements 
• Test the software and tell the developers how it can be better 
• Work closely with the Agile Delivery Lead to manage and communicate any problems 
• Collaborate with existing teams on projects using a mix of bought and custom-made software. If you know about making apps or analyzing business needs, that's a plus!
